On-demand prints and Christmas cut-off dates.
The Christmas cut-off date for ordering on-demand prints is Wednesday 17 December 2025.
We will aim to have all on-demand prints available for collection by Friday 19 December 2025.
Please note we are happy to post on-demand works, but are unable to guarantee their arrival before Christmas Day.
Pick up and delivery of framed work from the exhibition
Please contact us to collect framed works purchased during the exhibition. Pickup is generally available from the studio in St Peters, Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 4.00pm. Weekend pick ups can be arranged by request.
Purchase of unframed digital prints and other products
Please allow 2 to 3 days for your digital print to be produced or for any other purchase ordered through the site or in person. We will notify you once it is ready for collection, or when it has been posted.
I want something in a different frame or size!
If you would like any of the artwork from the exhibition printed or framed in a different size to what is on display, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange for you!
Shipping and Delivery
We currently only ship to Australia. If you live outside of Australia, please get in touch and we will organise a shipping estimate for you.
Shipping is a flat rate of $15. For large orders we may be in touch to amend this cost.
Shipping is through Australia Post’s standard delivery service. If you need anything delivered by express post or courier, please get in touch and we will provide a shipping estimate for you.
Availability of products
While we do our best to keep our inventory up-to-date, there are sometimes delays between our online store and our database and cannot always guarantee that stock levels listed on the site are accurate. Go the internet!
If for any reason, we cannot immediately supply you with a product you have ordered, we will let you know over phone or email and provide you with options to amend, exchange, or cancel & refund.
